Of their life when they live in poverty can lead to hoarding conditions later. I don't have a Ph.D my grandmother was a hoarder, it was out of fear of not having something when you needed it. She may have been a manic I don't know, I knew she was scared to death just throw something away and then regret it she didn't understand that it's okay Grandma I'll go buy you a new one if you need it. She grew up with 10 sisters during the Depression. Not the manic depression the economic depression. It is not always some big medical condition sometimes it simply the experiences of one's life

I love listening to these podcasts! They lay things out in ways that are so simple that I’ve never thought about before. Praying that these podcasts help others come to a knowledge of the truth and many will be baptized for the remission sins and be faithful to the Lord.

Love your podcast. I’m a West Virginia hillbilly and listening to your family’s podcast is like having a conversation with my own! As a teenager, listening to the adults just sitting around talking about the Bible has made such an impression on my life. Very precious memories that will always stay with me.

I love the life lessons in Duck Dynasty. There are no programs on TV worth watching, no morals, no integrity, nothing, but your program is a blessing and so many have learned about Jesus and salvation if it was not for your program. I live these podcasts. And I love Ms. Kay, she is precious and she exemplifies my bible in 'pop-up'...lol....God bless you and continue to use the Robertsons. Love you guys.

You build trust & respect early, because when the hormones start they need to be ready to take responsibility for their own actions. I raised them on my own, in the Word of God. That Word does not return void. I am inordinately proud of them, they all serve God.
"Child labor laws....does that mean if you're cold start grabbing wood before ya freeze? Yes it's law around here..like gravity."...something all my elders would have said back in the day. I could paint, plaster, mow, milk a cow, garden, load hay bales on a trailer, carry wood, stack wood, start a fire, make butter, do dishes, cook and clean anything that can be safely touched..by 3rd grade. After school in 1st grade, I would clean the desks and floors in my small town school. In 7th grade, I would drive myself to work at a gas and food mart (until the nice officer told me to get a license or a ticket) ..then I was drove there. Lol. Labor?...It was definitely law in my house growing up, I'm only 58 years old, I remember it well. It was good; it taught me to be a capable person.

Franny Leyden it’s hard being a non morning person with even one morning person in the house. My dad and I did great together in the mornings. We don’t talk and barely looked at each other. We’d wave at each other. We gave each other room.

Can't say enough how much I love listening to you guys every Sunday. Please pray for my family my daughter and her husband are raising their grandchildren. I pray they raise them in the church to give them a chance to grow up godly and be good mean and a women.There parents are drug addicts and the dad a very dad felon.My other great grandson's mom is the same.I talk to them every chance i get and they hear all my stories about our family and how important Jesus is .Miss Kay you are amazing and I love how much you love your family and they love you.God Bless you all.

I'm with you, Jase! I'm the SAME WAY when I first wake up. I personally call it "Zombie mode" because I can't function when I first wake up. It takes me a good 20 to 30 minutes to get my gears all going as I say. I don't have to think about what day of the week it is per se, but I feel so very sluggish when I first wake up. Gotta give myself a good half hour to get things going before I get up. Glad i'm not the only one! I have never and will never be a morning person.
